How do I close my Grifin account?

We're very sad to see you go! We do our best each day to make Grifin the best investment app out there, but we know it may not be the right app - or right time - for everybody.

Did You Know?

If you just want to stop using Grifin for a little while, you can turn off your automatic transfers on the Investment Settings page. Just uncheck the “Buy Stock Where You Shop” option.

To close your account:

1. Open your Grifin app.

2. Click on the "Menu" icon in the top left corner of your home page.

3. Click on "Profile & Settings".

4. Under “Other,” click "Close My Account".

5. This will take you through all the required steps to close your account. If you have cash in Grifin or own stock, this process can take over a week.
