If you just want to pause using Grifin for a little while, you can just turn off your weekly automatic transfer right from the Home tab! Click the green-colored gear icon and turn the "weekly investment" button to the OFF position, and Grifin will stop withdrawing to buy you stock each week (until you decide to turn it back on). This Help Center article shows you how.
Here's how to permanently close your account:

Open your Grifin app.

Click on the "Menu" icon in the top left corner of your home page.

Click "Close My Account" under the Other section.

You'll then be shown 6 specific steps to follow to ensure all of your funds on Grifin are returned to your linked bank account, and that your banks are properly disconnected. Please follow each step carefully to ensure a successful account closure.
