How do I disconnect my bank or card?

If you need to remove your bank connection, check here!

To delete your bank or card connection, follow these steps:

1. Open your Grifin app.

2. Click on the “Menu” icon in the top left corner.

3. Click on “Banks”.

4. Swipe from right to left on whichever of your Funding Source or Connected Card that you want to remove.

5. Click on the red trash can icon.

6. Click “Remove”.

Note: A funding source connection is required for you to withdraw funds from Grifin. If you delete it, you won’t be able to deposit or withdraw cash!

Note: Disconnecting either of these will not prevent any in-progress transfers from going through!
