      How do I disconnect my bank or card?

      To delete a bank or card, follow these steps:

      1. Open Grifin and click "Banks" in the bottom right corner 

      2. Tap the red trash can icon next to the bank / institution you would like to delete

        1. If you would just like to remove a single card (or cards) from a bank/institution, but you would still like to keep that bank connected to Grifin, you can tap the gray dropdown arrow and turn the toggle switch to the OFF position

      3. Follow the on-screen steps to remove the bank/institution from Grifin.

      NOTE #1: A valid funding source connection is required for you to withdraw funds from Grifin so that you can buy stock and withdraw cash. So, if you have your bank deleted from Grifin, you won’t be able to deposit or withdraw cash!

      NOTE #2: Disconnecting either of these will not prevent any in-progress transfers from going through. Those will process as normal.
