How do I reset my password?

If you don't know your password or need to create a new one, here’s how we can help!

In order to create a new password, you'll need to enter some information that you used to sign up for Grifin. Your First Name, Last Name, Last Four of your SSN, and your Zip Code must all match the information you used to create your account.

1. Open your Grifin app and open the left side menu.

2. Tap on "Account security" under the My Account section

3. Click "Password"

4. Enter your new password and press Continue

5. Follow the on-screen prompts, which include receiving a confirmation code to confirm your password change.

6. Log back in with your new password! You should be good to go.
