Refund and cancellation policy

Flexible Cancellation
You can cancel your Grifin membership at any time. However, please note that refund eligibility depends on 1) your subscription type, and 2) how long you've been a member, as outlined below:

Full Refund (First 30 Days)
All customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial payment date. This 30-day period is measured from the date your payment was processed, regardless of whether you're on a monthly or annual plan.

Partial Refunds for Annual Plans
Customers who pay via the annual subscription option are eligible for a prorated partial refund after the initial 30-day period. Here's how it works:

• Calculation Method: Your refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis using the number of days remaining in your annual billing period from the date your cancellation is processed.

• Example: If you paid $36.00 for an annual membership and cancel with 180 days remaining out of 365 days, your prorated refund would be calculated as: (180 ÷ 365) × $36.00 = $17.75

• Billing Period: Your annual billing period begins on your initial payment date and renews 365 days later. The prorated refund is based on the unused portion of this period.

Monthly Plans After 30 Days
Monthly subscribers are not eligible for refunds after the initial 30-day period.
