Refund and cancellation policy
Flexible Cancellation
โ You can cancel your Grifin membership at any time by clicking the the "Manage Subscription" button in the left side menu of your Grifin app.
โ You may be entitled to a refund. Refund eligibility depends on 1) your subscription type and 2) how long you've been a member, as outliuned below:
Full Refund (First 30 Days)
All customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment date. This 30-day period is measured from the date your subscription payment was processed, regardless of whether you're on a monthly or annual plan.
Partial Refunds for Yearly Plans
Customers who pay via the Yearly subscription option are eligible for a prorated partial refund after the initial 30-day period. Here's how it works:
- Calculation Method: Your refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis using the number of days remaining in your annual billing period from the date your cancellation is processed.
- Example: If you paid $36.00 for an annual membership and cancel with 180 days remaining out of 365 days, your prorated refund would be calculated as: (180 รท 365) ร $36.00 = $17.75
- Billing Period: Your annual billing period begins on your initial payment date and renews 365 days later. The prorated refund is based on the unused portion of this period.
Monthly Plans After 30 Days
Monthly subscribers are NOT eligible for refunds after the initial 30-day period.
