[LIVE UPDATES] What to know about our upcoming brokerage service transfer & upgrade

We're constantly committed to providing our customers with the best investing experience possible. As we've grown to over 1.5 million+ downloads nationwide, so has our need to improve our brokerage provider services. So, the time has come for a big upgrade! 💪

Starting on June 12, Grifin will begin the transfer to a new broker-dealer that provides clearing, custody, and trading services for your account. We are are transferring brokerage providers from our current provider, Alpaca Securities LLC, to our new provider, APEX Clearing Corporation. This notice explains what's changing, our scheduled system upgrade, and your options! 🎉

To ensure a smooth & safe brokerage transfer, please note that from June 10 to June 15, some features of the Grifin app will be temporarily unavailable so that we can improve your experience while we transition to our new brokerage provider.

What's Coming: New Benefits 💝

• Cash sweep program: Un-invested cash will be eligible for a sweep program currently offering a 3.25% annual percentage yield!*
• Same-day deposits & trades: You'll be able to deposit & place stock orders in seconds, subject to market hours.

What to Know: Scheduled System Transition & Upgrade 🥳

• Some Grifin features will be temporarily unavailable between June 10-15 so that we can smoothly and safely upgrade your brokerage experience to our new provider, APEX Clearing Corporation. These features include but are not limited to: Depositing cash, withdrawing cash, and buying and/or selling stock.

• Rest assured, all of your stocks, funds, and account information are safe and secure. 🛟 There is nothing you are required to do; we will take care of everything for you, so just sit back and enjoy the upgrade!
