Your tax documents are created by our brokerage provider, Alpaca Securities, LLC. These will typically be made available in mid-February of each year. To check on your tax documents, follow these steps:

Open your Grifin app.

Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner.

Click on "Profile & Settings".

Under “Other”, click on "Statements & Tax Documents".

Scroll down until you find this year’s Tax Documents.
If you don’t see this year’s Tax Document, there may be a couple of reasons:

It’s not ready yet. This will typically happen in mid-February, but again, this is controlled by our brokerage provider, Alpaca Securities, LLC.

You may not need a Tax Document. You’ll only get one if you 1) made more than $10 in dividends, 2) more than $10 in interest, or 3) if you sold stock.
